This has been me today..twice. For some reason my calf and Achilles have been paining me ever since my run this morning - of 20 minutes I might add. Who knows. I took some Advil and I've been icing so I guess we will hope for the best tomorrow. No wearing of the newtons which I am bummed about but Coach Luis said "NO WAY" with this issue plus the fact that I hadn't broken them in like I should have. Well, it's off to run my half marathon. So excited! Hope everyone racing at the Cook's Forest Half (aka my friend Krista) does Awesome! So excited for your first race back!
