Are you ready to take your nutrition and performance to the next level? There isn’t a better time than right now. Fuel Your Passion™ was created out of a love of all things athletic and a belief that by fueling your body with the right foods and fluids before, during and after training and competition you can increase your energy, improve your performance, and help you lead a healthier lifestyle. On a race day, a well-designed nutrition plan can give you the edge you’ve been looking for and the confidence to execute your best race. All of these issues and more can be customized to your specific training and race needs. As an athlete, I know how your busy lifestyle requires the ease and convenience of tested and proven fueling strategy. Making small changes can equal big results. We can work together to make it happen!

As athletes, we are leading extremely busy lifestyles, and it's important to do more than just eat to feel full. We require so much more from our bodies on a daily basis. We want to feel energized for workout after workout, while maintaining all the other activities that make our lives fulfilling and meaningful. Looking at foods like vegetables, fruits, lean proteins and whole grains as nutrient fuel will change the way you view your diet. That's where the name "Fuel Your Passion" came from. The belief that by fueling your body not only with the correct foods, but at the right times, we can fuel up & refuel to do whatever we are passionate about! Whether it's swimming, biking, running, lifting, dancing, yoga or just feeling good on a daily basis, fueling our bodies properly is a must! A little commitment of planning and time can go a long way toward an overall healthier diet and lifestyle. If you're looking to make a change and take your nutrition and performance to the next level, Fuel Your Passion certainly can help. I will be offering a variety of services that can be accessed via my website in order to help you achieve your goals.
